A Little Princess follows the story of Sara Crewe, a young girl who is sent from her home in Africa to a boarding school in London and separated from her father.
As Sara’s world is turned upside down, she must rely on her friends and imaginative powers to overcome her strict headmistress Miss Minchin and prove that every little girl deserves to be a princess.
Sherlock star Amanda Abbington makes her musical debut alongside leading man Strictly's Danny Mac, with children starring in the lead roles for the first time ever. Featuring Olivier Award winners Rebecca Trehearn (Showboat) and Adam J Bernard (Dreamgirls), alongside Alexia Khadime (Wicked, Book of Mormon) and the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra.
Written and conducted by Tony-nominated composer and lyricist Andrew Lippa (Addams Family), with abridged narration by Brian Crawley (Violet) and directed by multiple Olivier Award-winner and Tony Award nominee Arlene Phillips CBE, this is a performance not to be missed.
