This show has just the right balance of upbeat, head-spinning escapism, bittersweet nostalgia and heart-warming feelings-- and to top it all off there will be a celebrity guest each night!
When two comics on the rise, Ben and Alex, are booked to open up for a well-loved, though slightly past their prime, duo’s comeback tour feathers are bound to get ruffled. Neither pair are overly thrilled to be playing to an underwhelming crowd in a sleepy seaside village. But when rumour says that there’s a big Hollywood director secretly in the audience both acts are sure they’ve finally got a change to make their big break.
Onstage and off there’s a laugh a minute as the pairs compete for their shot at the spotlight. There will be sabotage, mistaken identity, mirth and mayhem, and who will be standing in the victor’s circle when the applause fades?

All seats have been organised into socially distanced groups of 1 to 6. All seats within each group must be purchased in full by one customer at the time of booking.
In accordance with government guidelines, the auditorium has been organised into socially distant groups that are 1 metre apart in all directions. These must be purchased in full at the time of booking and can only comprise of single households, or a support bubble.
The hit play from comedy duo The Pin is making a comeback to the West End this July. The Comeback will return to London’s Nöel Coward Theatre for a three-week run, beginning on 7 July and coming to an end on 25 July 2021. Tickets for The Comeback will go on sale on Friday 30 April.

West End celebrity and film actor Ian McKellen, 81, has received his first vaccination against the novel coronavirus, it has been announced. The former X-Men and Lord of the Rings star posed on NHS's Twitter account today with a big thumbs up after receiving the jab. He has now joined thousands of UK citizens who have safely received their first COVID vaccine dose.

It has been announced that The Pin duo Ben Ashenden and Alex Owen are bringing their debut play The Comeback to the Noel Coward Theatre for a limited run from 8 December to 3 January. The University of Cambridge duo have made a name for themselves with their critically acclaimed Edinburgh Fringe offerings and their award-winning BBC Radio 4 series. Their new Audible Original sitcom, The Special Relationship, has also received rave reviews from listeners.
