Ghost Quartet is the opening production of the stunning new Boulevard Theatre
Underbelly Boulevard is a vibrant and contemporary live entertainment venue located in the heart of Soho, London. Reimagining the legacy of the iconic Boulevard Theatre, it reopens with a bold new vision: a dynamic space for theatre, cabaret, music, and comedy. With a bar, restaurant, and performance area all under one roof, it’s a cultural and social hub unlike any other in London.
This cutting-edge venue offers a constantly rotating roster of shows, intimate performances, and immersive nightlife - all within a stunningly designed, modern interior that reflects Soho's creative spirit.
Underbelly Boulevard is located on the site of the original Boulevard Theatre, which in the 1950s was a hotspot for provocative and progressive performance. Once part of the legendary Raymond Revuebar, it evolved through decades of Soho’s theatrical underground. In 2023, Underbelly, famed for its Edinburgh Festival Fringe legacy, breathed new life into the site, launching it as a modern, multi-use venue to serve London’s creative scene and beyond.
Underbelly Boulevard is tucked away in Walker’s Court, just off Brewer Street in the lively Soho district. Surrounded by bars, restaurants, and boutique shops, it's an easy walk from major London landmarks like Piccadilly Circus and Oxford Street, making it an ideal spot for pre- and post-show dining or drinks.

Charing Cross Station is the closest major railway station, approximately 15 minutes away on foot. It provides National Rail services as well as additional tube connections.
Several day and night bus routes serve the area, with nearby stops on Shaftesbury Avenue, Regent Street, and Oxford Street. Bus numbers 14, 19, 38, 55, 73, 94, 98, 159, and 390 all stop within a 5-minute walk of the venue.
Underbelly Boulevard’s seating is designed for intimacy and flexibility. With a seating capacity of around 200, the venue features raked seating and cabaret-style layouts depending on the event, ensuring excellent sightlines and audience immersion. The auditorium adapts for different shows - from late-night comedy to immersive theatre.
There is no traditional dress circle or stalls layout, but seating is comfortable and offers a modern twist on classic cabaret settings. Accessible seating is available upon request.
The venue is wheelchair accessible throughout, with step-free entry and accessible toilets. Staff are trained to assist patrons with additional needs. It is recommended to contact the venue in advance for any specific accessibility requirements.
